(aceeasi&nbsp;densitate&nbsp;si&nbsp;tensiune&nbsp;la borne).<\/p><p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Se&nbsp;interzice, la&nbsp;autovehiculele&nbsp;cu&nbsp;alimentarea&nbsp;la 24Vcc,&nbsp;cuplarea&nbsp;directa&nbsp;la&nbsp;bornele&nbsp;oricarei&nbsp;baterii&nbsp;a&nbsp;unor&nbsp;consumatori&nbsp;de 12 V.&nbsp;Pentru&nbsp;alimentarea&nbsp;acestora&nbsp;se&nbsp;va&nbsp;recurge&nbsp;la&nbsp;utilizarea&nbsp;unui&nbsp;convertor&nbsp;<strong>24Vcc \/ 12Vcc<\/strong><\/p><p>RECOMANDARE: In&nbsp;cazul&nbsp;defectarii&nbsp;uneia&nbsp;dintre&nbsp;baterii&nbsp;este&nbsp;indicata&nbsp;inlocuirea&nbsp;ambelor&nbsp;baterii!<\/p><p>Firma noastra Nu asigura montajul pentru bateriile comercializate de alt vanzator\/distribuitor. Va recomandam sa apelati la un service autorizat pentru acest tip de operatiuni !<\/p><p><strong>Exploatare<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p><p>Instructiuni&nbsp;de&nbsp;exploatare&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;Baterii&nbsp;de&nbsp;pornire<\/p><p>Nu&nbsp;achizitionati&nbsp;o&nbsp;baterie&nbsp;cu&nbsp;performante&nbsp;sub&nbsp;necesitatile&nbsp;masinii&nbsp;!&nbsp;&nbsp;Aceasta&nbsp;duce la&nbsp;suprasolicitarea&nbsp;bateriei&nbsp;si la o&nbsp;durata&nbsp;de&nbsp;serviciu&nbsp;redusa&nbsp;!<\/p><p>In&nbsp;termen&nbsp;de maxim 10&nbsp;zile&nbsp;de la&nbsp;cumpararea&nbsp;bateriei&nbsp;este&nbsp;obligatorie&nbsp;verificarea&nbsp;tensiunii&nbsp;de&nbsp;incarcare&nbsp;a&nbsp;releului&nbsp;electric la un service&nbsp;autorizat&nbsp;conform&nbsp;recomandarilor&nbsp;din&nbsp;certificatul&nbsp;de&nbsp;garantie. In&nbsp;localitatile&nbsp;unde&nbsp;NU&nbsp;este&nbsp;service&nbsp;autorizat&nbsp;conform&nbsp;certificatului&nbsp;de&nbsp;garantie&nbsp;puteti&nbsp;apela&nbsp;la&nbsp;serviciile&nbsp;unui&nbsp;service&nbsp;autorizat&nbsp;RAR care&nbsp;sa&nbsp;va&nbsp;poate&nbsp;verifica&nbsp;si&nbsp;atasa&nbsp;un&nbsp;raport&nbsp;printat&nbsp;care&nbsp;sa&nbsp;dovedeascatensiunea&nbsp;de&nbsp;incarcare&nbsp;a&nbsp;alternatorului&nbsp;ce&nbsp;echipeaza&nbsp;masina&nbsp;dvs.<\/p><p>Tensiunea&nbsp;trebuie&nbsp;sa&nbsp;fie in&nbsp;limitele&nbsp;14 &#8211; 14,4&nbsp;V.&nbsp;Daca&nbsp;tensiunea&nbsp;de&nbsp;incarcare&nbsp;nu se&nbsp;incadreaza&nbsp;in&nbsp;intervalul&nbsp;mentionat,&nbsp;va&nbsp;rugam&nbsp;remediati&nbsp;deficienta.<\/p><p>Numai&nbsp;atunci&nbsp;cand&nbsp;tensiunea&nbsp;de&nbsp;incarcare&nbsp;este&nbsp;corecta, se&nbsp;mentioneaza&nbsp;in&nbsp;certificat&nbsp;si&nbsp;acesta&nbsp;devine&nbsp;valid,&nbsp;fara&nbsp;a&nbsp;depasi&nbsp;termenul&nbsp;de maxim 10&nbsp;zile&nbsp;de la&nbsp;momentul&nbsp;achizitiei&nbsp;bateriei&nbsp;.<\/p><p>Verificarea&nbsp;tensiunii&nbsp;de&nbsp;incarcare&nbsp;se face&nbsp;gratuit&nbsp;la&nbsp;sediul&nbsp;nostru,&nbsp;atat&nbsp;la&nbsp;achizitie&nbsp;cat si in&nbsp;perioada&nbsp;de&nbsp;garantie&nbsp;pentru&nbsp;toate&nbsp;bateriile&nbsp;achizitionate&nbsp;de la SawAuto&nbsp;srl .<\/p><p>Verificati&nbsp;densitatea&nbsp;electrolitului&nbsp;(exceptie&nbsp;constructiile&nbsp;etanse);&nbsp;daca&nbsp;este&nbsp;sub 1,24g\/cm3,&nbsp;bateria&nbsp;se&nbsp;va&nbsp;reincarca.<\/p><p>In&nbsp;&nbsp;exploatare&nbsp;se&nbsp;verifica&nbsp;nivelul&nbsp;electrolitului&nbsp;(-&nbsp;numai&nbsp;in&nbsp;serviceurile&nbsp;specializate&nbsp;in&nbsp;repararea&nbsp;bateriilor&nbsp;si&nbsp;acumulatorilor&nbsp;auto),<\/p><p>starea&nbsp;de&nbsp;incarcare&nbsp;a&nbsp;bateriei,&nbsp;instalatia&nbsp;electrica&nbsp;a&nbsp;masinii&nbsp;,&nbsp;cel putin&nbsp;o data la 6&nbsp;luni&nbsp;la&nbsp;toate&nbsp;bateriile&nbsp;comercializate&nbsp;de SawAuto srl.<\/p><p>Nivelul&nbsp;electrolitului&nbsp;&nbsp;sa&nbsp;fie cu 26 \u00b1 2 mm&nbsp;deasupra&nbsp;placilor&nbsp;pentru&nbsp;toate&nbsp;tipurile&nbsp;de&nbsp;baterii.&nbsp;&nbsp;Verificarea&nbsp;nivelului&nbsp;se&nbsp;va&nbsp;face cu&nbsp;ajutorul&nbsp;unui&nbsp;tub de&nbsp;sticla&nbsp;gradat&nbsp;&nbsp;numai&nbsp;de&nbsp;catre&nbsp;personal service&nbsp;autorizat.<\/p><p>In&nbsp;cazul&nbsp;in care&nbsp;nivelul&nbsp;electrolitului&nbsp;scade&nbsp;sub&nbsp;valoarea&nbsp;indicata&nbsp;se&nbsp;completeaza&nbsp;cu&nbsp;apa&nbsp;distilata&nbsp;sau&nbsp;demineralizata<strong>,&nbsp;niciodata&nbsp;cu acid&nbsp;sau&nbsp;apa&nbsp;de la&nbsp;robinet.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>In&nbsp;cazul&nbsp;acumulatorilor&nbsp;in&nbsp;garantie&nbsp;NU&nbsp;aveti&nbsp;voie&nbsp;sa&nbsp;desfaceti&nbsp;dopurile&nbsp;pentru&nbsp;verificarea&nbsp;nivelului&nbsp;de&nbsp;electrolit&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;acest&nbsp;lucru&nbsp;se face&nbsp;doar&nbsp;de&nbsp;catre&nbsp;personal&nbsp;autorizat&nbsp;din service&nbsp;urile unde&nbsp;se&nbsp;verifica&nbsp;reclamatia&nbsp;de&nbsp;garantie&nbsp;si&nbsp;dotate&nbsp;cu&nbsp;echipament&nbsp;specializat&nbsp;pentru&nbsp;aceste&nbsp;operatiuni.<\/strong><\/p><p>De&nbsp;asemenea, se&nbsp;verifica&nbsp;orificiile&nbsp;de&nbsp;aerisire&nbsp;ale&nbsp;dopurilor&nbsp;sa&nbsp;nu fie&nbsp;obturate.<\/p><p>Daca&nbsp;in&nbsp;exploatare&nbsp;se&nbsp;constata&nbsp;supraincarcarea&nbsp;bateriei,&nbsp;indicata&nbsp;prin&nbsp;consumul&nbsp;exagerat&nbsp;de&nbsp;electrolit&nbsp;(scaderea&nbsp;nivelului)&nbsp;sau&nbsp;subincarcarea,&nbsp;indicata&nbsp;prin&nbsp;scaderea&nbsp;densitatii&nbsp;electrolitului&nbsp;sub 1,24g \/cm\u00b3 se&nbsp;va&nbsp;verifica&nbsp;instalatia&nbsp;electrica&nbsp;a&nbsp;autovehiculului&nbsp;(releu&nbsp;regulator,&nbsp;alternator ).<\/p><p>&nbsp;In&nbsp;cazul&nbsp;utilizarii&nbsp;preponderente&nbsp;in&nbsp;oras&nbsp;a&nbsp;autovehiculului,&nbsp;caracterizata&nbsp;prin&nbsp;porniri&nbsp;frecvente,&nbsp;deplasari&nbsp;scurte&nbsp;(ex.&nbsp;Masini&nbsp;de taxi, de&nbsp;curierat&nbsp;)&nbsp;bateria&nbsp;se&nbsp;poate&nbsp;descarca&nbsp;(densitate&nbsp;sub 1,24 g \/ cm\u00b3),&nbsp;desi&nbsp;instalatia&nbsp;este&nbsp;corect&nbsp;reglata.<\/p><p>Nu&nbsp;lasati&nbsp;bateria&nbsp;descarcata&nbsp;(densitate&nbsp;sub 1,2&nbsp;g \/ cm\u00b3 ) la&nbsp;temperaturi&nbsp;sub 0\u00b0C,&nbsp;deoarece&nbsp;electrolitul&nbsp;ingheata&nbsp;si duce la&nbsp;distrugerea&nbsp;placilor&nbsp;!<\/p><p>Tensiunea&nbsp;releului&nbsp;trebuie&nbsp;sa&nbsp;se&nbsp;mentina&nbsp;la&nbsp;valoarea&nbsp;( 14,2&nbsp;\u00b1 0,2 V ).<\/p><p>Evitati&nbsp;utilizarea&nbsp;indelungata&nbsp;a&nbsp;bateriilor&nbsp;cu&nbsp;starea&nbsp;de&nbsp;incarcare&nbsp;sub&nbsp;pragul&nbsp;de 70%.&nbsp;Acest&nbsp;lucru&nbsp;echivaleaza&nbsp;cu o&nbsp;subdimensionare&nbsp;capacitiva&nbsp;responsabila&nbsp;de&nbsp;aparitia&nbsp;defectului&nbsp;de&nbsp;suprasolicitare&nbsp;(sepierde&nbsp;dreptul&nbsp;la&nbsp;garantie!).<\/p><p><strong>Nota<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>&nbsp;Ori&nbsp;de&nbsp;c\u00e2te&nbsp;ori&nbsp;s-a&nbsp;produs&nbsp;o&nbsp;descarcare&nbsp;(de&nbsp;regula&nbsp;accidentala&nbsp;de&nbsp;durata) in&nbsp;regimul&nbsp;stand-by al&nbsp;masinii&nbsp;(masina&nbsp;cu&nbsp;motorul&nbsp;oprit),&nbsp;eliminati&nbsp;cauza&nbsp;si&nbsp;verificati&nbsp;imediat&nbsp;starea&nbsp;de&nbsp;incarcare&nbsp;a&nbsp;bateriei&nbsp;lu\u00e2nd&nbsp;masurile&nbsp;ce&nbsp;se&nbsp;impun&nbsp;(vezi&nbsp;mai&nbsp;jos,&nbsp;recomandarile&nbsp;de la&nbsp;capitolul&nbsp;&#8222;Regimul&nbsp;de&nbsp;reincarcare&#8221;).&nbsp;Pastrati&nbsp;bateria&nbsp;in stare&nbsp;curata&nbsp;si&nbsp;uscata.&nbsp;Depunerea&nbsp;prafului&nbsp;pe&nbsp;suprafata&nbsp;capacului&nbsp;baterieipoate&nbsp;conduce la&nbsp;descarcarea&nbsp;ei&nbsp;in stand-by cu&nbsp;consecinta,&nbsp;suprasolicitarea&nbsp;bateriei&nbsp;.<\/p><p><strong>Regimul<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;de&nbsp;reincarcare&nbsp;al&nbsp;bateriei<\/strong><\/p><p>Se&nbsp;supune&nbsp;procesului&nbsp;de&nbsp;reincarcare&nbsp;pe&nbsp;redresor,&nbsp;orice&nbsp;baterie&nbsp;aflata&nbsp;intr-una&nbsp;sau&nbsp;mai&nbsp;multe&nbsp;din&nbsp;urmatoarele&nbsp;situatii:&nbsp;<\/p><p><br>&#8211;&nbsp;Baterie&nbsp;descarcata&nbsp;accidental (sub 75%).&nbsp;<\/p><p>&#8211;&nbsp;Baterie&nbsp;descarcata&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;reclamata&nbsp;ca&nbsp;defecta&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;inaintea&nbsp;prezentarii&nbsp;la service&nbsp;pentru&nbsp;diagnosticare.<\/p><p>Procesul&nbsp;de&nbsp;reincarcare&nbsp;poate&nbsp;fi&nbsp;executat, de&nbsp;regula, cu&nbsp;ajutorul&nbsp;oricarui&nbsp;redresor&nbsp;comercial&nbsp;(si nu&nbsp;numai) de&nbsp;curent&nbsp;continuu&nbsp;care&nbsp;poate&nbsp;sa&nbsp;asigure&nbsp;la&nbsp;iesire&nbsp;urmatoarele:&nbsp;<\/p><p><br>13,5V \u2264&nbsp;Uiesire&nbsp;(V) \u2264 16,5V si&nbsp;un&nbsp;curent&nbsp;4A \u2264&nbsp;Iiesire&nbsp;(A) \u2264 25A<\/p><p>In&nbsp;principiu,&nbsp;incarcarea&nbsp;pe&nbsp;redresor&nbsp;se face cu&nbsp;un&nbsp;curent&nbsp;a&nbsp;carui&nbsp;valoare&nbsp;este&nbsp;de&nbsp;cca. (5\u00f710) %&nbsp;Cn&nbsp;(A),&nbsp;pana&nbsp;cand&nbsp;apar&nbsp;degajari&nbsp;uniforme&nbsp;de gaze in&nbsp;toate&nbsp;elementele&nbsp;bateriei,&nbsp;iar&nbsp;densitateaelectrolitului&nbsp;se&nbsp;stabilizeaza&nbsp;in&nbsp;jurul&nbsp;valorii&nbsp;de 1,28\u00b10,0 1 (g\/cm\u00b3).<\/p><p>Spre&nbsp;finalul&nbsp;incarcarii&nbsp;tensiunea&nbsp;la&nbsp;bornele&nbsp;bateriei&nbsp;atinge&nbsp;valorea&nbsp;de 15,80\u2026.16,50 [V] la&nbsp;temperatura&nbsp;de 25\u00b0C (atentie! in&nbsp;regim&nbsp;de&nbsp;functionare&nbsp;redresor).&nbsp;Pe&nbsp;toata&nbsp;durata&nbsp;incarcarii&nbsp;pe&nbsp;redresor,&nbsp;dopurile&nbsp;bateriei&nbsp;vor&nbsp;fi&nbsp;scoase.&nbsp;Este&nbsp;recomandata&nbsp;efectuarea&nbsp;reincarcarii&nbsp;de&nbsp;catre&nbsp;ateliere&nbsp;specializate.<\/p><p>In&nbsp;tabelul&nbsp;de&nbsp;mai&nbsp;jos&nbsp;se&nbsp;prezinta&nbsp;informativ&nbsp;gradul&nbsp;de&nbsp;incarcare&nbsp;si&nbsp;tensiunea&nbsp;in&nbsp;gol&nbsp;a&nbsp;bateriei&nbsp;in&nbsp;raport&nbsp;cu&nbsp;densitatea&nbsp;electrolitului&nbsp;(25\u00b0C.)<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>&nbsp;<\/td><td><strong>Risc major<\/strong><\/td><td>Risc<\/td><td><em>Alerta<\/em><\/td><td>Admis<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Grad de incarcare (%)<\/strong><\/td><td>25<\/td><td>50<\/td><td>75<\/td><td>100<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Tensiune in gol (V)<\/strong><\/td><td>12<\/td><td>12,3<\/td><td>12,55<\/td><td>12,8<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Densitate electrolit (g\/cm\u00b3)<\/strong><\/td><td>1,16<\/td><td>1,20<\/td><td>1,24<\/td><td>1,28<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><p><strong>Atentie<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;utilizatori&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bateriile&nbsp;vor&nbsp;fi&nbsp;transportate,&nbsp;depozitate&nbsp;si&nbsp;montate&nbsp;in&nbsp;pozitie&nbsp;normala&nbsp;de&nbsp;utilizare,&nbsp;pentru&nbsp;a&nbsp;evita&nbsp;scurgerile&nbsp;de&nbsp;electrolit&nbsp;!<\/p><p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Este strict&nbsp;interzisa&nbsp;prezenta&nbsp;unor&nbsp;flacari&nbsp;deschise&nbsp;sau&nbsp;producerea&nbsp;de&nbsp;scantei&nbsp;in&nbsp;preajma&nbsp;bateriei&nbsp;montate&nbsp;pe&nbsp;masina&nbsp;sau&nbsp;supuse&nbsp;procesului&nbsp;de&nbsp;incarcare&nbsp;pe&nbsp;redresor. PERICOL DE&nbsp;EXPLOZIE !<\/p><p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p><p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;La&nbsp;cel&nbsp;mai&nbsp;mic&nbsp;semnal&nbsp;in&nbsp;ceea&nbsp;ce&nbsp;priveste&nbsp;starea&nbsp;de&nbsp;incarcare&nbsp;a&nbsp;bateriei&nbsp;<strong>va<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;recomandam&nbsp;sa&nbsp;va&nbsp;adresati&nbsp;primului&nbsp;service&nbsp;autorizat&nbsp;RAR care&nbsp;sa&nbsp;va&nbsp;verifice&nbsp;instalatia&nbsp;masinii&nbsp;si&nbsp;dupa&nbsp;caz&nbsp;sa&nbsp;va&nbsp;incarce&nbsp;bateria<\/strong>. De&nbsp;obicei,&nbsp;bateria&nbsp;este&nbsp;descarcata&nbsp;din&nbsp;cauza&nbsp;unei&nbsp;defectiuni&nbsp;la&nbsp;instalatia&nbsp;electrica&nbsp;sau&nbsp;utilizarii&nbsp;defectuoase.
